How quickly do you ship?
We guarantee delivery to anywhere in US within 5-8 business days from the day you place the order.
                               
Where do you ship from?
Every order is packed and shipped from our Shipping Department in California. We also use other suppliers located throughout the states.

What shipping method do you use for free shipping? Our Free Economy shipping applies to orders $75 or more. Priority shipping is also available on most items. We  use USPS,UPS, FedEx as our shipping carriers.

Note:  Priority Shipping rates will vary by product size, weight, and the delivery location of the merchandise. To check if the item you are purchasing qualifies for Expedited Shipping add the item to the shopping cart and fill out the shipping info and click on continue with shipping and if Priority Shipping is offered you will see it under Shipping Method.

Do you offer overnight or next day delivery? We are sorry but we do not offer this service at this time.

Do you ship internationally? Unfortunately we do not ship orders internationally, we only ship to the United States.

Do you ship to APO/FPO, PO BOX addresses? We are sorry but we do not offer this service at this time.
What do I do if I received a defective or Damaged order? Please see
our return policy page.

What do I do if I never received my order? Immediately contact us at      Support@StephaniesFashionz.com with your order numberPlease note we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We will confirm the address, date of delivery and tracking and any other information we can gather from the carrier and will contact you with this information so you can investigate. We will however do our best to resolve this issue. How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed? Changes to orders can still be done by contacting us at Support@StephaniesFashionz.com immediately before the order gets processed and shipped out. Please see our return policy page for further information. Read usgoodz policy regarding this if it's something u want to say then fine just rewrite it.

When will I receive my order? We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once your order and payment is received we will begin to process your order and ship it out to you immediately. You will receive an email notification with a link to your tracking number and an estimated delivery date from the carrier. You may also track your order from your account on our homepage if you don't have a account click here

Please note that made to order products will take a few days longer to ship due to personalizing the item.                           
 
Why was my order shipped separately?  When placing multiple Orders from our store, it is possible most orders will be shipped separately depending on stock level from our Supplier's Warehouses, therefore you will receive certain items sooner than others. But please be assured we will do our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible within our estimated delivery time.                                 
    
How do I check the status of my order? An email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped, with tracking information.
If you don't have a tracking number yet and received this message:
We have prepared your order, but have not assigned a tracking
number to it yet, please check back later. This means we need a bit more time to assign a tracking number to your order and once its shipped we will send you an email notification. You may also click here and use your tracking number to track your order with the appropriate carrier

Why was my order cancelled? 
Orders are cancelled for the following reasons:
aYour billing address does not match the shipping address.
    Documents requested to verify the validity of the order or
    the owner of the card used to make the payment was not
    received.
bIncomplete and invalid shipping information.
cAll items in your order are no longer available.
 
Can I leave a special message regarding my order?
Yes you can, when you select an item and add it to the cart from there you can leave us a message. It can be anything important you may need us to know regarding your order. 
 
Are all your apparel true to size?
Yes. Our items are manufactured for the US market and they are true to size.

Do you do back orders? We do not. If you placed an order with us and that item is no longer available (out of stock) or discontinued. We will go ahead and cancel your order and notify you via email.                                                           
 
What payment method do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and for your convenience we also accept PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Meta Pay.

Why is my credit/debit card being declined?
The usual decline reasons are:

aThere are not enough funds to pay for the order.
b. The billing address for the credit/debit card does not match the one you have in the order.
cThe CVV code or credit card expiration date you put in is incorrect.

Is my credit card information safe when I make a purchase? Yes. We use Shopify's Platform to create our store and they are certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. What this means to you is your credit and debit card transactions will be secured against data theft and fraud. It is considered the best way to safeguard your sensitive data and information and prevention of viruses at the servers, and use risk analysis tools as well as constant security monitoring. And we will never! sell your personal information. . 
    
What is Shop Pay Installments? Its our Get it now, Pay later plan. It offers you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to split your purchase into regular payments. Can be used on orders over $50 USD, including discounts, shipping, and taxes. To learn more click here
 
GIFT CARDS
Do you offer gift cards to purchase? At this time we do not. 
            
Discounts - Can't be combined with other offers                                                                            You will not be able to enter a coupon code if an automatic discount is already applied at checkout. Such as Sale items, Bundle deals and Clearance/Closeout items.
 
My item looks different from your store photo listing, why? We make every effort to accurately represent all designs and attributes of our products, including applicable colors; however, the actual color you see will depend on your computer monitor and mobile devices and we cannot guarantee that your monitor or mobile devices will accurately display such colors.

Do I have to create an account to checkout? No. You do not need to create an account to checkout, however creating an account will make your order process quick and easy. When you create an account you will be able to view your order history and see the current order status for any purchases you have made. Having an account will also auto-fill your address during checkout, so no need to type it in.
 
I subscribed to your newsletter, but haven't received anything? We are 
sorry to hear that. The most common reason is you need to check your email after subscribing so that you can confirm subscribing to our newsletter. Once you do this, you will start getting our emails. If you don't see an email from us in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder and mark us as its not junk or spam. Also in some cases you may also check under promotions.
 
Note: As an additional security measure, some email providers will default to hiding images from unknown senders therefore you may not see a welcome image from us, to fix this you can add us to your approved sender list in your email client.
