Free Returns

  • We will accept all authorized returns
  • All returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
  • Once approved we will generate the FREE UPS prepaid label, we will email you with the label attached.
  • Just print the label, attach it to any box/package and return the items.
  • You will have 7 days to send the item back to us once you receive the free return label.
  • Once we receive the items back we will process the return and refund the balance back to your account or issue a store credit your choice.
  • Please note free return labels are available for items being shipped within 48 continental states only which excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories.
  • Please contact us here to receive an RMA# for your return.
Please include your Order#, items returning, and the reason for the return.
    No Refunds, replacements or store credit will be issued for orders that has been confirmed as delivered to the address you provided to us. However there are some exceptions therefore you may still reach out to us and we will do our best to help you.



    If you are unsatisfied with your order due to a defect, damage, or just didn't meet your expectations then you may return the item within 14 days. Returns due to a defect, damaged upon delivery must be immediately reported within 48hours so we can resolve this issue. 

    We will replace all defective merchandise and damaged merchandise caused by the shipping carrier will also be replaced upon approval. If the item being replaced is out of stock or size/color is not available you may select another item of equal value. If you choose not to select another item, we will issue you a refund. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in it's original packaging (whenever possible) including any and all associated tags, inserts and accessories and packing slip (if applicable).

    All apparel must be unworn and unwashed condition with all tags (if applicable) and be free of any stains or smells, Swimwear and bodysuits mush have the hygiene liners intact. 

    Note: When we say unworn we don't mean not to try it on, we understand you need to see how it fits, looks and feels and this is fine.  

    Once approved a return shipping label will be sent to you via email so you may print it and ship the item back to us and if you don't have access to a printer you can go to your nearest UPS Store location and they will print it for you and ship it at no cost to you. To request a refund or exchange please contact us at and please provide us with your order number and full name when contacting us.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the Shipping Department, without contacting us first. We will give you further instructions. 

    If you received a wrong item please notify us immediately so we correct this error and ship you the right item to you.

    A store credit will be issued to refunds in a form of a gift card. You may use this gift card anytime you want, it will never expire. Note: You can only use one gift card when checking out, so if you have more than one gift card you will not be able to use them towards your purchase, only one will be accepted per transaction. 

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be issued. If you would like your refund to be automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment let us know. click here for added benefit of getting a store credit. 

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, or get store credit. Unfortunately sale/clearance items are not eligible for a refund. However you may reach out to us and let us know why you want to return that item, and we will do our best to help you. 

    We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery, contact us within 48hours of delivery and we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange for the same item of equal value. In some cases we may request a photo of the defective/damaged item to allow us to file a claim with the carrier. Send us your request at once you have submitted your request to us, Our team will review your claim and process your new order upon approval. You will be notified within 24-48hrs
    before your new order gets shipped. If you decide you would prefer a refund please let us know in your email request so we can start processing your refund immediately, otherwise we will send you an email with a link to print the pre-paid return shipping label for your defective or damaged item(s) to be returned. In the event that the item being exchanged is not available (out of stock) you have a choice of receiving store credit or you may exchange it for a different item of same equal value under the same category, for example- Return a T-shirt for a T-shirt same price or greater. And if you can't find an item to exchange with, notify us and we will refund your full purchase price.

    Please inspect the box(es) for signs of damage before opening your product. If you think there may be product damage, please take a photo of the unopened box and send it to us.

    Depending on where you live, Weather conditions and events that are out of our control, and during busy holiday seasons the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


    To avoid any chargebacks we ask to please notify us immediately if any of the following has occurred.

    • Never received order
    • Received wrong item
    • Overcharged on order
    • Order arrived damaged
    If for any reason you are unhappy with your order due to the reasons listed above, please contact us first and give us a chance to resolve the issue. We value our customers and don't want to lose your business. 

    We ship anywhere in the US only. Our FREE standard shipping applies to orders over $75. Some items may qualify for Free standard shipping without the $75 minimum, these items will be labeled as "qualifies for free shipping" on the product page. Shipping times are between 5-8 business days. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days. Expedited shipping is also available on most items which will be calculated at checkout. We use USPS, UPS, FEDEX and DHL as our shipping carriers. Custom made to order items such as Apparel, Jewelry, Accessories, and other made to order items may take up to 15 days for delivery due to product customization. Expect delays during busy holiday seasons and extreme weather conditions and events that are out of our control.

    In the event you ordered a wrong item or size and wish to cancel it, you may do so as long as the order has not been processed and shipped. Contact us immediately! If we are able to cancel your order before being shipped, we will send you an email notification. Once you receive your refund you may place a new order for the correct item if you wish. However if the order has
    been shipped, you would have to wait until it arrives and then contact us at and let us know you have received the item. We will then send you a email with a link to print the pre-paid return shipping label. Once we receive the item, we will start processing your refund. This may take several days. 

    We do not accept returns or give refunds on the following items Jewelry, Women's Apparel, Accessories, and other items that are made to order just for you! We will only accept exchanges of the same item of equal or greater value if it is damaged upon delivery. Due to the process of customizing the products your replacement order may take longer to ship normally 2-7 days for non-apparel products and 3-15 days for apparel. Due to weather conditions and events that are out of our control, and during busy holiday seasons the time it may take for your replacement order to reach you, may vary.     

    Custom orders includes items with a photo or names/initials engraved on the item and other items made to your specific requirements.

    Note: You may reach out to us at any time for refunds and return questions and we will do our best to help you. 



    When placing multiple orders from our store, it is possible most items will be shipped separately depending on stock level from our supplier's warehouses, therefore you will receive certain items sooner than others. But please be assured we will do our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible within our estimated delivery time of 5-8 days.
